Womb Massage & Holistic Pelvic Floor Healing
When you touch a person, you’re touching all the stories that their body holds.

Integrative Massage and Somatic Holistic Bodywork
Our bodies are the vessels that contain all of our emotions, lived experiences and personal stories.
Exploring massage therapy and somatic bodywork is a highly effective tool towards unwinding the ways in which the body and spirit is holding pain, tension, chronic conditions and emotional blockage.
Welcome to the world of….
Integrative Well Woman Bodywork
I specialize in Somatic Pelvic Healing and Mayan Abdominal Therapy.
My sessions are based in equal parts science and somatics. Because your body is vessel of both physical tissue and a well house of emotional & energetic stories.
I approach the body from a fascial and fluid flow lens - supporting the tissue to unwind to support ultimate blood, lymph, and nerve circulation that is required for cells, organs and tissues to thrive.
In addition, your somatic body is tended to, listened to and worked with throughout each step of the session.
Because true transformation requires deep mind-body connection, powerful ritual processes that take you beyond your everyday reality, that help you explore your inner world.
And that is how lasting healing happens.
Welcome, dear one.

“I began coming to Naema for massage and bodywork after a traumatic event.
Over time, as she has come to learn my body, she’s become even more adept at releasing not only the muscles but also the emotions that seemed to be in them, as well. Naema has been wonderful in helping me get back to a place where I feel more like myself!” - Kirstin B.

Womb & Pelvic Care
Mayan Abdominal Massage
Abdominal massage has been used for holistic healing for as long as history has been recorded. It has been passed down through generations of midwives and Mayan healers, treating all kinds of imbalances — physical, emotional and spiritual.
Mayan Abdominal Massage is a technique used externally, applied to the abdomen and pelvis. This massage helps to restore balance to the womb and body by easing the position of organs and releasing tense ligaments that may be causing restricted blood flow, lymph, stuck energy, and held emotions.

Somatic Pelvic Healing & Bodywork
is a form of therapeutic healing that is used for relieving tension, pain, and general discomfort in the pelvis, vagina, & sacrum. There is an opportunity for emotional and energetic depth in this work, as the pelvis is holding place for the widespread experience of being a woman. Our pelvis’ hold our greatest pleasures and often our difficult and sometimes traumatic bodily and emotional experiences. These sessions are ceremonial in nature and created to honor your emotions and experiences every step of the way while working with your physical body.
What do these sessions look like?
Since no two bodies are alike and no two people’s stories are the same, we all need unique, individualized care.
These sessions are 3 hours and will follow a general flow as outlined below, while allowing plenty of space to move and shift directions. Mayan abdominal work is included in these sessions, as it is a powerful complement to pelvic work.
first…
I’ll take an in-depth history so that I can understand you better, as well as any problems or issues you may have that brings you to doing this work with me. I will share some breathing and embodiment techniques with you, so that we can make sure you are equipped to stay present and grounded.
then…
We begin with an integrative body massage to orient you to the space, your body and my touch. With your consent, the session can evolve to include touch to breasts, womb, and thorough pelvic work.
finally…
When the bodywork is complete we will allow time for personal integration and sharing. We will reassess and plan beneficial practices to take home with you, as well as any follow up care.
